Jabey is a tinyman, a human destined never to grow higher than a three year old. He had no say in this. Rejected by the 'right-living folk', forced into the streets under the streets to be a slave to the gang bosses, he has few options and no influence.
This is a sad story that looks at the carelessness with which the wealthy overlook the small people whose services they use.
