READ IT HERE: "Non-zero Probabilities"

Genre: Science Fiction
"Non-zero Probabilities" is on the short list for the Hugo award for best science fiction short story of 2009.
Adele lives and works in New York, where statistics are focused on the small probabilities, the slim chances, the small odds. Things that only have a very slight chance of happening, do happen. Things that should be discounted as coincidence have to be taken seriously. It makes for a superstitious way of life.
Does this superstition extend to religion? Is it entropy? Or are things really the same as they ever were?
Have a read and see what you think.
Cheers
